We gave been building database systems for over 15 years. One of our first packages was a dedicated programme for the Residential Letting Industry. Several versions of this have been developed over the years, but the current version 7.2 has proven its reliability over the past 5 years. That said work on a totally new version (Version 8) was completed last year to operate under Filemaker 7 and 8.1 is under development using Filemaker 8. One of the solutions we are presently working on is a Contact Management Database and Business Management resource. The company who originally commissioned this work deals with clients who have transient employees. It was important for them to have a system that could enable easy reappointment of a person to another post within the same or a different branch of the same or a different company. Equally a company may have one to many branches each with one to many positions occupied by one or many people. Our Contact management section of the database facilitates these many to many relationships and much more.
