Paul ArbucklePaul and Brian first worked together on a call centre management
solution during the first quarter of 1999. Prior to their
involvement the project was well behind schedule but they quickly
recognised one and others talents and pulled resources to ensure
the task was implemented on time and within budget. They have
continued to collaborate on projects ever since.
